Security Testing Practice Lead

We’re looking for a Security Testing Practice Lead to own and grow our security testing capability. You’ll combine hands‑on technical delivery with practice leadership, overseeing quality, utilisation, and service development. Working closely with commercial and delivery teams, you’ll scale a high‑performing practice, support complex client engagements, and shape our security testing proposition through thought leadership, continuous improvement, and team development.

Security Testing Consultant

Reporting to Security Testing Practice Lead
We’re looking for a mid-level Security Testing Consultant to deliver web, infrastructure, application and cloud testing for clients, with API, mobile and wireless engagements included as the project mix demands. You’ll own assigned engagements from scoping conversations through to testing, reporting, client debriefs and post-test remediation guidance. This is a role with a clear development trajectory, supporting progression into higher-end and emerging service lines such as AI security assessments, assumed breach exercises and potentially red team operations, with study support and relevant accreditation pathways.
